MIPET & Plant Simulation in Simulation Team Labs

The program of the Industrial Plant Master of Genoa University included a day on Software Solutions where Modelling & Simulation; the student carried out experiments on stochastic simulators applied to Steel Plants (Continuous Casting) and to Power Plants (Combined Cycles); in addtion the students had the opportunity to visit and test even different kind of simulators, training equipment and mobile solution developed by Simulation Team for Industrial Sponsors in relation to Port Terminal, Industrial Plant Layout Re-Engineering, Environmental Assessment, etc. The Master Director Prof.Bruzzone and the Prof.Oren presented an overview on these technologies in relation to this application area and introduced the different simulators to be tested.
